Welcome to FocusLock ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the FocusLock mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Services

FocusLock provides tools to help you manage screen time, block distractions, and improve focus. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. If you are under this age, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures or usage restrictions of the App.

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is the exclusive property of FocusLock and its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your own sole risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FocusLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy or through a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
